+ What are the delivery times?
Delivery times are indicated for all items in our store. You can expect items that we can deliver from stock, if ordered before 4 pm, the next day. Unfortunately it is not possible to deliver other items faster. These items are first ordered from our suppliers and are delivered to you as soon as possible after delivery to our distribution center. These indicative delivery times are also stated with the products in our web shop.
Delivery times items in stock, ordered before 4 pm:
The Netherlands: 1 to 2 working days
Belgium: 1 to 2 working days
Germany: 2 to 5 working days
Other countries within the EU: 2 to 5 working days
Countries outside the EU: 5 to 10 working days
Delivery times items not in stock:
These are different per item / version. For this, check the indicative delivery time stated with the product.
+ Delivery time expired, article not yet shipped?
It is possible that an order has not been sent even though the indicated delivery time has expired. An item then has the status "being processed" instead of the "sent" status. We will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible in case of such a delay.
+ Item not in stock, no longer available or order has been (partly) canceled?
An item or an order can be canceled for various reasons:
- The item is not in stock and cannot be delivered within the mentioned delivery times.
- The item is no longer available from the supplier (discontinued item).
- We have not yet received your deposit 2 weeks after placing your order.
You will always be informed by us if one of the above points occurs. Of course, the payment obligation for a canceled item is expired. If you have already paid, we will refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.
