Payment methods

When placing your order you can indicate how you want to pay. You can choose from all common ways:

Pay afterwards with Klarna (on invoice)

You can pay for your order afterwards with Klarna. If you choose Klarna, you will receive a digital invoice after sending your order, which you can pay within 30 days. So you only have to pay when you have your order at home!

-We do not charge any extra costs for paying by invoice.

-Klarna immediately performs an automatic data check at checkout. In the unlikely event that your payment request is not authorized, you can of course still pay for your order with one of the other payment methods.

Deposit & remainder upon delivery (Netherlands & Belgium only)

A frequently chosen payment method for larger orders is the work with a deposit of 30% and the remainder upon delivery. You then pin the remaining amount to the driver who will deliver your order.

If you choose to pay on delivery, an appointment is always made in advance for the delivery. After delivery you will receive a copy of the invoice by email.

iDeal

Do you prefer to pay in advance? iDeal is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. You pay in the familiar internet banking environment of your own bank.

Bancontact (for Belgian customers)

Do you live in Belgium? Of course we also accept payments with Bancontact (formerly MisterCash).

Credit card (Visa, American Express or MasterCard)

Do you want to pay for your order with a credit card? You can do this with us with your MasterCard, American Express or Visa credit card. We do not charge any extra costs for this.

Paypal

If you have a PayPal account, you can pay for your order with PayPal. You can easily link your PayPal account to your checking account or credit card. No additional costs will be charged.

Apple Pay

If you shop with us on an Apple device and you have activated Apple Pay, you can pay for your order easily, quickly and securely.

in3 - Pay in 3 installments with 0% interest (for Dutch customers)

Would you rather not pay for your purchase in one go? Then use in3: the only spread payment method with 0% interest. You pay the purchase amount in three installments at no extra cost. This way you can buy your favorite product within your budget. The minimum order amount is € 250 and the maximum order amount is € 3,000.

Before payment, in3 performs a super-fast data check. In the unlikely event that your request for payment is not authorized, you can contact in3 or choose another payment method.

in3 is only available for Dutch customers.

Klarna - Pay in 3 installments with 0% interest (for Dutch customers)

Shop your favorite product and pay in 3 installments, without interest. You pay at the time of purchase, after 30 days and after 60 days via direct debit. The minimum order amount is €35 and the maximum order amount is €4,000. Early repayment is also possible.

By subscribing to our newsletter you will receive a discount code/gift card for a 10% discount on your first order. This discount code can be redeemed for orders from € 200 and can be entered in the shopping cart.

If you want to place a large order, you are always welcome to request a quote from customer service.

When the return delivery or cancellation is processed in our system, it is up to your payment method when you can expect the amount back. If you have paid the order with iDEAL or Mistercash, you can expect the amount paid within 5 working days after the processing date of your return or cancellation to your account. Repayment through other payment options takes a maximum of 10 working days.

If you want to make a payment by bank, do not forget to state your order number.

If you have received a payment reminder from us, we have not received the remaining 50% of the total amount for the order placed by you. Bear in mind that processing a payment can take up to 5 working days. If you have made the payment longer ago to the correct IBAN account number: NL64INGB0006178447 for the attention of Abitare Online stating your invoice / order number, we kindly request you to contact our customer service as soon as possible. To be of service to you as quickly as possible, please state your invoice / order number in the contact form. Payment reminders are sent to the last used billing address in your account. Note: After the payment term (10 working days) has passed, additional costs will be charged!
