If you have received a defective item, you can report this to our customer service within 48 hours. In consultation with you, it will then be decided whether the item will be replaced or repaired. You have the right to return any purchase that you have made online to Abitare Online within 14 days without giving any reason to Abitare Online. You will receive your money from the returned item on your account in accordance with the specified refund periods.
