Delivery costs

Orders with a total order value of € 75.00 or more are sent by us free of charge within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders with a value of less than €75.00 a one-time charge of € 5.95 is charged for delivery costs.

For deliveries outside the EU, any import or customs duties are calculated at the time the order arrives in the destination country. As a customer, you are responsible for these costs, which can vary per country. The height of this amount is calculated by the customs of the country where the order is delivered. If you want to know to what extent you have to pay these duties, you must contact the customs authorities of the country concerned.
